Model a "One Aon" mentality at all times. - In conjunction with geographies, and industry leaders by sub-region: - Generates business results, meeting new, additional new, retention, and rollover business metrics across all solution lines and geographies. He has a detailed knowledge of the income under his responsibility, managing pipeline, budget, and income. - Ensure the adoption of global best practices and provide industry knowledge in the region. - Identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities for clients within the defined industry or customer segment to achieve regional revenue targets and meet growth strategy. - Develops and executes go-to-market strategy and prioritization of regionally targeted opportunities that cross solution lines. - Manages industry-specific knowledge in the region, to inform specific opportunities according to the capabilities of the solution line, as well as the value proposition for the company. - Lead and manage industry talent, establishing career paths and developing expert colleagues in the industry. - It provides industry insights to support line-of-solution innovation, using Aon's data & analytics tools. - Participates in the industry Think Tank, supporting the development and execution of industry priorities and standards. - Ensures execution requirements for shared aspects of the operating model are clear among industry team members to ensure customers receive the right level of service and support from the region. - It accompanies the development of industry colleague expertise across geographies. - Generate guidelines for compliance with the global standard according to the particularities of your Industry. **How this opportunity is different** - Aon offers you work flexibility with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly working climate.
