Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development and capability building in the manufacturing and large enterprise industries (manufacturing, retail) across the Latin America region, with a primary focus on Brazil market.
- Responsible for achieving business and market objectives for manufacturing and large enterprise industry clients (manufacturing, retail, real estate & hospitality) in the region.
- Responsible for the development and growth of the manufacturing and large enterprise industries (manufacturing, retail) in the region, including market insights, formulation and execution of sales strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining industry client relationships and ecosystem partnerships.
- Ensuring customer and partner satisfaction within the regional industries.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of ICT infrastructure (networks, data centers, cloud computing) and industry-specific solutions (e.g., smart manufacturing, Internet of Things).
- Familiarity with Huawei's product portfolio or similar enterprise technology solutions."
- Sales and Negotiation: Extensive proven experience in enterprise sales, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Account Management: Ability to manage complex client portfolios and long sales cycles.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Able to work effectively with diverse teams and clients across Latin America.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- Language Skills: Portuguese and English fluent.
