**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience collaborating with product organizations and influencing product development roadmaps to align with business needs and market trends.
- Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of campaign development and measurement capabilities.
- Experience leading data transformation strategies for advertisers or agencies, with the ability to drive organizational change and deliver measurable results.
- Knowledge of general marketing principles, including brand marketing, online advertising solutions, MMMs, and the online media landscape.

In this role, you will manage a team of pod-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Analytical Leads. You will lead the team's strategy across priority areas, and act as an active member of the pod’s leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop a team of Data Transformation and Analytical Leads, fostering skills to deliver impactful work.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with client and partner stakeholders to advance the data and technology agenda.
- Establish and drive a comprehensive measurement transformation strategy, promoting the adoption of Google's platforms and products.
- Guide clients through measurement challenges, aligning Google's solutions with their business objectives to enhance digital maturity.
- Foster operational excellence by collaborating with internal teams and industry leadership to identify trends and achieve shared goals.
