**Essential Functions**

- Organize and standardize the operational billing procedures and keep reports in their respective folders.
- Assist in quantifying data for numerical performance analysis.
- Responsible in giving support to the operations team in general tasks when needed.
**Required Skills, Education and Experience**
- Interest in working with numbers and desire to learn.
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including fractions, percentages and proportions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: organizational skills and common sense.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese.
**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified.

The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).
**Work Environment**
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
