**HSE** (demonstrate exemplarity, promote good HSE culture):

- Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies’ and Brazilian/International HSE policy, rules, regulations, and specifications.

**Green House Gas Emissions (GHG) Performance follow-up**:

- Perform day-to-day follow up (weekly/monthly reporting) of GHG performance for all OBO assets vs. company targets and forecast (long term plan and budget/PDC)

**Carbon Footprint Reduction (CFR) Projects**:

- Prepare, monitor, and update as appropriate a roadmap for GHG and Methane emission reduction initiatives - aligned with the E&P CFR roadmap for each asset.
- Promote TotalEnergies’ climate ambitions through promotion of CFR initiatives (e.g. improvement of energy efficiency) for producing assets and for projects under construction/development
- Active participation in meetings and committees (e.g. LIBRA GHG subcommittee) to actively contribute to timely implementation of Carbon Footprint Reduction measures for existing projects (brownfield) and new projects (greenfield).
- Act as focal point for local TEEPBr GHG committee and for HQ CFR team.
- Ensure liaison with OA team and Specialists in HQ for GHG performance and CFR project implementation on TotalEnergies operated assets to make active use of lessons learned.
- Strong Influencing capacity of Operator and Partners via Technically justified dossier leading to a reduction of carbon footprint
- Establishment of a medium-long term strategy which shall be incorporated by Operators on the individual consortiums.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Development Manager and BDG Director as per TEEPBR requirements.

**Context and environment**
- Job holder is located in TEEPBR offices in Rio de Janeiro. The position requires transverse communication and coordination with other TEEPBR and HQ entities as well as partners.
- **Education**: Petroleum Engineering Degree or equivalent (mechanical, chemical, projects)
- ** Professional Experience**: Minimum 10 years in the oil & gas industry. Offshore experience would be an advantage. Requires Operational background (projects / engineering, etc) on FPSOs.
- ** Other Competencies**: Proficient in Portuguese and English. French is an asset in the actual work environment.
