**Business & Market Intelligence **Specialist**

As the Specialist for Business & Market Intelligence in Latin America you will be part of a team that delivers valuable insights to Marketing and Sales Teams, strengthening the outside-in perspective.

The Latin America Business & Market Intelligence team studies, understands and critically analyses estimated market growth, drivers and trends, innovation, social listening, and customer perception; helping businesses to hear the market and identify new opportunities for Dow. You will be responsible for transforming available data from different tools and sources into market reports and insights to support the creation of good marketing strategies by the different Dow’s business units.

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual who wants to contribute to business growth and improve employee experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be one of the Regional Focal Points for Business & Market Intelligence to support Commercial organizations.
- Define the scope and structure of studies/reports to effectively address business requests.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, anticipating trends and changes in the market.
- Develop and present market analysis social media and customer perception/habits reports.
- Manage projects, complying with governance and documentation standards.
- Connect with other regions’ Business & Market Intelligence teams for knowledge sharing, leverage of existing tools and available data sources and best practices.
- Provide guidance to the Commercial teams on available Market Intelligence tools within Dow.
- Collaborate with other Commercial Excellence pillars/teams to identify opportunities where the data gathered by Business & Market Intelligence Team could be applied and add value.

**Qualification**:

- A Bachelor's degree
- Languages: Advanced in English & Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).

- Ability to handle and interpret large volumes of data in different formats.
- Effective and assertive communication.
- General knowledge of Marketing concepts and Data Analytics.
- Excellent team and stakeholder collaboration skills with a pro-active attitude.

**Desired**
- Recent experience with Business/Marketing Intelligence Tools.
- Recent experience with Social Media tracking/interpretation & Customer perception analysis.
- Specialization in Marketing Intelligence/Data Analytics/Data Science.
