**Senior Sales Invoicing Clerk**

As part of our continued expansion, we are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Invoicing Clerk (M1-G6) to join our growing team located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

You will be responsible for managing the Manager, Sales Invoicing Team to deliver timely and complete invoicing for the group. This includes sales invoicing, maintaining data regarding customer profiles and services, reviewing inputs and outputs, and developing best standards.

**The Role**

**As a Senior Sales Invoicing Clerk you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the sales invoicing team
- Maintaining up-to-date data in current systems used
- Preparing information accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring work performed by others is accurate and complete
- Proactively identifying exceptions and validate data.
- Managing deadlines

**Reviewing sales invoices**
- Reviewing customer and services data in various systems
- Reviewing invoices before they are released to customers
- Managing documentation of the invoicing cycle
- Determining best methods for performance of the accounting cycle.

**Preparing sales invoices**
- Maintaining customer and services data in various systems
- Generating accurate, complete and timely invoices using the company’s billing system
- Preparing ad hoc invoices and credit notes using a manual system
- Producing documentation and reports required for approval of invoices
- Work with the accounting and sales team to answer questions about invoices.

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience using automated billing software (Sage is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
