What's the role?:
HERE Technologies is seeking an experienced sales person to work as a Senior Account Executive within the HERE Sales Team in Latin America, with a passion for direct sales. The Senior Account Executive position, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, will be responsible for all sales activities in order to meet individual/team/region quotas and generate revenue that is in line with HERE business objectives and strategy. You will be responsible for generating pipeline opportunities and building relationships to creatively enter new accounts and partners. You lead the end to end relationship with customers and potential customers and will have responsibility for exponentially expanding our relationships, revenue, and influence at their assigned customer base, building and maintaining relationships with customers or potential customers. You will promote, upsell and cross-sell the HERE product & service portfolio focusing on the business benefits of each technology.

The individual must have an outstanding track record of exceeding aggressive sales objectives in Automotive and Industrial Industries and achieving benchmark levels of customer satisfaction. Having 9+ years of Business to Business sales experience, you have demonstrated ability to ensure near term monthly revenue goals are achieved while generating, advancing, and closing large ($2M+ transaction value) complex software and/or services transactions involving multiple VP and C-Level and above decision makers.

You will develop a positive relationship with South American based customers across different industries including Automotive Start-ups and Technology. You understand the organization, structure, and business model of customers and develop relationships with decision makers, and technical/sales operatives to ensure efficient communication and productivity. You will interact with our global teams in North America and Europe.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manages sales directly to end-users of the organization’s products or services in Brazil and other South American countries.
- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities (including engagement with local and global partners)
- Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
- Engages targeted account to understand their needs and align them with HERE Products, Platforms, and Services.
- Leverages HERE commercial and technical pre-sales throughout the opportunity management life cycle to build value-driven proposals for customers.
- Develops and implements account strategies that maximize value for customers and HERE.
- Leads the pricing and customer contract negotiation processes.
- Maintains information including customer relationship management system and sales forecasts for HERE management.
- Scouting, hunting, qualifying and appointing new commercial opportunities in line with our regional strategic goals
- Promoting and selling the full breadth of HERE products, services and solutions to new and existing customers while maintaining and sustaining successful ongoing relationships with key decision makers
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities. Developing creative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.
- Handling a sales quota and being responsible for building a very strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop short and long-term account strategies, securing senior internal stakeholder support and then deliver against the execution of these strategies
- Provide direction to pre-sales resources, including engineering resources
- Understanding pricing structures and negotiating contracts through to conclusion
- Strengthening relationships as a trusted advisor for the various stakeholders of existing and new customers across multiple levels of organization and external parties in assigned business segment.
- Looking after queries, customer concerns and actions quickly and efficiently, maintaining great communication at all times and providing a regular flow of information which contributes to the overall customer experience

Who are you?:

- Must have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline. MBA is a distinct advantage
- Must have: “Hunter” profile, with minimum 9 years experience in a fast moving Sales environment, preferably in new business development, technical sales or complex solutions selling
