Silica focuses on highly dispersible silica, used primarily in fuel-efficient and performance tires. The primary focus of the business is to develop innovative solutions for global tire manufacturers.
**Job Overview and Responsibilities**:
- Latam key account management in the TIRE segment
- Establish and implement a long-term strategy for the region, in line with the planning of the GBU and focused on the financial sustainability of the business.
- Work in harmony with the supply chain area and shared sales support services in order to optimize service levels.
- Coordinate and monitor initiatives and projects with clients;
- Manage market intelligence activities.
- Maintain frequent relationships with peers at headquarters and other regions, be in line with the global strategic actions adopted for the business.
Respect the anti-corruption and compliance procedures established by the company.
**Education and Experience**:
- Education: Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing
- MBA desirable
- Experience: >5 years as commercial manager
- Desirable experience in the Tire or Automotive segments
**Skills**:
