Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

The Program Manager Selection is responsible for improving our performance in Brazil, collaborating with international and central teams to drive insights as well as implementing cross-functional initiatives to drive performance. The role offers the opportunity to innovate and implement high impact projects with direct contribution to the business. This role requires an strategic thinker who has exceptional data analytics skills, can solve through business problems, and define innovative ways to use technology to tackle them at scale. You simultaneously dive deep into the tactical details and set a broad strategic vision for execution and scale. You are data quality obsessed and excel at distinguishing signal from noise and you create data-driven insight from a variety of sources. As a leader of this role you will have high leadership visibility and will own, manage and improve processes to increase our selection, and thus improving our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want. Key job responsibilities - Coordinate priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business teams to identify and offer relevant selection to customers;
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, presenting results, challenges and driving meaningful discussions to solve problems;
- Develop comprehensive mechanisms to drive and capture 3P actions on missing selection;
- Own the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale;
- Work with Marketplace counterparts to create and implement the Stores level selection strategy.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
