**About the Role**

WeWork is looking for an Infrastructure Senior Manager. This leadership role will plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of our IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly Cloud/On-prem/Hybrid solutions, network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software incidents & problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
**Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct reviews and gather intelligence on emerging technologies and assess their suitability.
- Managing an IT infrastructure team.
- Providing the security of our network.
- Providing the best practice to implement new network technologies.
- Coordinate with other technology leaders across the organization.
- Conduct senior personnel reviews and management meetings.
- Establish a positive culture of growth and collaboration within your teams.
- Monitoring the network health across all WeWork sites and identifies and proposes solutions to potential problems/issues before they happen.
- Leveraging the existing and emerging technologies to develop solutions to improve the performance of the overall Network infrastructure.
- Establishing a healthy network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Maintaining network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors.
- Continuous development and improvement of network policies and procedures and ensuring they are put into practice and followed by the team.
- Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**Job Requirements**:
- Extensive knowledge and experience across Enterprise Infrastructure Technologies and a minimum 5 years’ of Infrastructure leadership experience
- 5 years’ experience in managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence.
- Relevant qualifications/certifications highly regarded
- Proven high level leadership, change management skills with demonstrated people management and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology.
