**VOX ThEATre Employee**
**Job Purpose**:
To consistently deliver an exceptional quality service to all Theatre guests. Perform all duties required in Theatre to the correct standard as per the Theatre service procedures. Ensure efficient stock control, up to date knowledge of current promotions and offers as well as keeping up to date with relevant movie/cinema information all whilst working within the policies and procedures of VOX Cinemas. Display an active understanding of the VOX Theatre concept.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- **Service**:
- Deliver high quality customer service to Theatre customers.
- Adhere to the Theatre service procedures so that the lounge, dining and cinema experience are at the highest level.
- Able to deal with difficult customers, offering solutions, keeping customers informed regarding the progress of an issue and escalating the problem when required to the manager.
- Uphold company and brand values by delivering great moments to everyone, every day.
- **Cash Handling** - following VOX cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize unders/over’s for each and every shift.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth service to our customers.
- **Product Knowledge** - learn and confidently explain every item on the menu.
- **Suggestive Selling & Upselling** - suggest items as per training to our customers.
- **Occupational Health & Safety** - Follow the OHS policies & procedures to ensure a safe environment for VOX guests, colleagues and self.
**Food Hygiene & Handling** - Follow the food hygiene policies to ensure all food & beverage served to Theatre guests is safe and free of contamination.

Minimum experience
- Previous hotel/5-star experience/cabin crew experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Customer service experience within a fine dining restaurant preferred.
- Concierge experience would be considered.
Minimum Qualifications/education
- Minimum high school certificate
- Certificate/Course/Diploma in Hospitality industry or relative experience in a fine dining venue.
