**Purpose of Position**
This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Brazilian New Business Team. As a New Business Executive, you will be in charge of prospecting new clients and will be responsible for the entire sales trajectory for our Account Development Customers.
**Key Tasks**
- Prospecting new direct clients and advertising agencies; Look for new industries and markets development;
- Develop & maintain a prospect/sales pipeline daily using Salesforce CRM system
- Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers; Talking to potential clients, providing product information, educating and giving advice regarding affiliate marketing;
- Creating personalized business proposals and negotiation with direct clients and advertising agencies; Forecast and Budget development;
- Manage the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical and account teams for launch onto the network.
- Follow up on results with post sales teams, such as advertisement management and publisher management teams;
- Contact with global teams.
**Skills & Expertise**
- Knowledge about digital media and their negotiation models. Previous experience in performance media is a plus;
- Real commercial orientation and strong strategic awareness;
- Evidence of successful sales experience & negotiation skills
- Team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- High degree of resilience, persuasiveness and proactivity
- Results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities
- English language skills;
