Job Description**About this position**

Lead & support Consumer Insights commercial prospection, guaranteeing quality response and facilitating commercial development. In charge of New Business Development, provides seniority and helps building solid partnerships with clients through needs identification in order to return with best NielsenIQ solutions proposal.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Client Prospection and Interactions, demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions and guide direct reports to solve client business issues
- Anticipates potential process or deliverables issues and is able to independently solve them or make an action plan to reduce client impacts
- Manage commercial pipeline performance and development, coaching other associates in order to develop their skills and commercial growth in the company
- Follow-up customized projects, promoting independence and ownership of projects execution and delivery
- Ability to support Commercial Leaders and Customer Success to design the best proposals and sign them off
- Strong skills for presenting to a broader audience including top management and leads workshops

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree
- Demonstrated Analytical/Consulting proficiency
- Experience in market analysis
- Strong Commercial & Analytical skills
- Experience working with solutions to solve business issues
- Ability to design solutions to answer client business issues
- English Proficiency - Advanced
