HR REWARDS AVP (COORD/MANAGER) (Nº DO VAGA: BRA000297) ** Descrição **Activities** - Responsible for Compensation, International Mobility, Employee Data Management and HR Analytics - Management of fixed and variable compensation internal processes, adhering by Central and Regional guidelines (Compensation Review Process) - Management of BAU compensation aspects (benchmarks, salary survey reviews) - Management of the EDM function, guaranteeing pristine data flow between BNP Paribas systems, understanding the impacts to its personnel - Responsible for HR Analytics, including demographic data to support DE&I and other HR subsystems.
