Dow has an opportunity for an **HR Partner **located in **Guaruja, Jacareí, Jundiaí **or **São Paulo.**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Represents the HR function at Site leadership teams, advising on human resources topics.
- Represent HR in Crisis Management Team Meetings.
- Advises People leader to ensure people agenda is delivered: VOICE, Employee Experience, Inclusion & Diversity and Culture.
- Facilitates leadership and talent initiatives aligned to the regional agenda.
- Coach leaders on Employee Relations topics such as Employee Review Meeting (ERM), Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Lead Ethics Investigations in alignment to Office of Ethics & Compliance and acts as strong Ethics and Compliance ambassador.
- Applies and advises on local law and regulations related to labor relations.
- Work with local unions, Guarantee the good quality of Union Relations and leading Labor agreement negotiations.
- Provides feedback to HR Solutions regarding local policies implementation.
**Required qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years human resource experience.
- Performance Management, Org Design, Compensation Review, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development Experience.
- Experience managing Talent and coaching Leaders on HR matters
- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.
- Interprets results of analysis on HR processes (e.g., attrition, movement, polls, compensation patterns, talent needs, and risks).
- Fluent English proficiency.

- Advanced degree from a graduate school. (MBA or Masters in HRM).
