Como HR Business Partner, você será responsável tanto pela parte estratégica, quanto pelas atividades operacionais relacionadas ao Network das Américas, trabalhando inicialmente em nível Brasil; depois somando Estados Unidos e Canadá e; posteriormente, fazendo a conexão também com países como México e Colômbia.

O HR Business Partner da Hyper Island trabalhará de forma remota; mas precisa estar disponível caso viagens sejam necessárias. Essa é a chance de se tornar um profissional de Recursos Humanos com conexões em vários países da América

**Responsabilidades da Oportunidade**
Procuramos mais um integrante para a tripulação da nossa ilha que atue como um parceiro de negócios e goste de cuidar de pessoas. Inicialmente, este integrante trabalhará diretamente com as línguas inglesa e portuguesa lidando com colaboradores do Brasil, Estados Unidos e Canadá e, posteriormente, também com a língua espanhola, com colaboradores de países como México e Colômbia. Falar português e inglês (nível intermediário ou acima) e ter vontade de aprender espanhol são diferenciais importantes para a posição de Business Partner.
Algumas das tarefas incluem:

- Dar suporte às unidades de negócio com posições em aberto;
- Realizar o onboarding de novos colaboradores;
- Gerenciar network dos colaboradores (garantindo constante atualização do status do network do colaborador);
- Cuidar da satisfação dos colaboradores;
- Zelar pela melhoria contínua;
- Cuidar do planejamento estratégico.

**Requisitos**
Buscamos um Hyper que:

- possua habilidades em gerenciamento de tempo e com abordagem proativa;
- seja atuante completo no time com uma abordagem amistosa e acessível;
- utilize comunicação assertiva e habilidades de apresentação;
- seja altamente organizado(a) com olhar para detalhes;
- possua habilidade multitarefas e de gerenciamento de prazos diversos;
- seja flexível e ávido(a) a trabalhar em um ambiente que muda constantemente;
- seja um Hyper com gentileza e alto nível de habilidades organizacionais;
- possua atitude positiva de "conseguimos fazer";
- trabalhe com uma abordagem centrada em PESSOAS;
- Inglês e espanhol são desejáveis, mas caso não possua, é necessário ter vontade de aprender.
