As a HR Business Partner, you will be partner with the Management teams in Robotics Brazil ensuring the implementation of the global and regional people & culture agenda and translate the business strategy into HR priorities. As well as ensuring the organizations in Brazil have the people capabilities to achieve present and future business goals. Accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and Global Business Services. Drives effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organizations and with the HR team in the region.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Acts as the strategics and tactical partner to the teams of Robotics Brazil to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsels’ business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.
- Define and executes the HR priorities defined the business and Robotics HR global and regional team while adding value to the business.
- Collaborates with the Management team at Robotics Brazil to define the proper description of roles, position level, salary band and HR processes according to the local organization needs.
- Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that Robotics Brazil are appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Coaches, motivates, and develops talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team.
- Represents HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.
- Accountable for total HR offering to the business leveraging Functional Expertise.
- Supports the business and the execution of HR Processes including Culture/Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, People Reviews, Succession Planning, Capability & Workforce Planning, Career Pathing, Leadership and Functional Competency Assessments / Development, Organization Design, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Values in Action, Learning & Development, People Performance, Executive Compensation, Employee Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor Relations, People Analytics, Onboarding, and Policy/Procedure Administration. Involvement in Employee Life Cycle. Facilitates and ensures success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility.
**Your background**:
- Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or relevant field related to Human Resources.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR.
- Proven success with leadership, people & change management, compensation and performance management.
- Extensive knowledge of all HR workstreams with expertise in one or more workstreams.
- Strong communication and influencing skill.
- Results focused, and actions oriented. Fluent Portuguese and English.
- Working in matrix organizations and influencing without direct reporting lines. Practice in building and collaborating with formal and informal networks at all levels of an organization.
- Intercultural sensitivity and experienced in cross-functional, international collaboration and building strong personal networks.
- Action-oriented/Initiative taker. Strong attention to detail, able to take ownership. Ability to challenge status quo.
