The Head of Junior School reports directly to the Headmaster and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Junior School, which comprises the Pre-Prep and Prep Schools. (S)he contributes to the strategic leadership of the whole school, maintaining a high profile throughout the St. Paul’s community, fostering strong relationships to promote excellence in the quality of education and pastoral care provided, and working with the Headmaster to sustain and enhance the reputation of the School.**About**St. Paul's School**:
