**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns aimed at improving customer retention across multiple channels
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behaviour and preferences
- Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns using various retention techniques
- Develop key messaging points and direct response creative across mediums
- Conceptualize and initiate campaigns to engage customers and extend their lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends to maintain competitiveness

- You have solid understanding of marketing principles and analytics.
- You are a team player and desire to collaborate and communicate effectively
- You are a dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader view of business objectives, but still skilled at managing projects and the details therein to completion, on-time and on-budget
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and ability to think creatively to achieve it
- You are a self-starter, detail oriented and can adhere to and implement processes and protocols
- You have a history of developing creative strategy briefs and working alongside creative teams
