About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers understand our services and answer their questions.
- Convert leads into paying customers.
- Offer the right services based on customer needs.
- Keep track of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Make sure all details are accurate and up to date.
- Check in with past customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a great experience.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and ways to improve our process.
- Participate in sales training and skill development.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
- Organized: Able to track and manage multiple leads at once.
- Sales-Driven: Enjoys working towards targets and closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: Works well independently in a remote setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
