We are looking for a **NOC Analyst** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Detect and respond to incidents, outages, latency issues, and performance deviations.
- Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
- Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.
- Monitor system operation in terms of postings.

**Requirements**:

- Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
- Experience in technology;
- Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues;
- Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
- Proficiency in Spanish and English;
- This position requires availability to work from 23 pm to 7 am (Br), but initially will require the availability to take rotating shifts.
- Knowledge in New Relic and Looker is a plus
