
Partner Solutions Manager, Community and Impact

**Partner Solutions Manager, Community and Impact Partnerships Responsibilities**:
- Proactively analyze data to identify opportunities, recommend best practice, and deliver insights to drive partner performance.
- Support community leaders and liaise with Strategic Partner Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure we are advocating for what partners need most.
- Regularly review partner escalations to ensure their timely resolution, and proactively drive resolution of complex technical issues with internal Ops support teams.
- Work closely with Facebook’s Global Ops, Policy, Integrity, and Product cross functional teams to understand business priorities and communicate partner pain points.
- Offer high-touch solutions and partner messaging based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or account, partner, or project management
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into business narratives in executive updates
- Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
- 3+ years of work experience in customer support
- BA/BS degree or higher
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
- Knowledge of community building and Facebook Groups
