Services Operations Manager supports Latin America Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Market Services Team to achieve its objectives by working on several operations functions, like: business financial and operational control, Global processes implementation, Sales Margin improvements and assurance, Key Performance Indicators follow-up, critical projects reviews and more.

Work in partnership with Cost & Progress Managers, Business Group Delivery Managers (BGDM), MS Head, Services Operations Head, Global PMO, GBC Business Operations, GBC Head and CNS Finance and Control team.

**Main activities**:

- Performs proactive Cost and Sales Margin control of CNS LAT Market and Market Units;
- Supports BGDMs and/or Project Managers on:

- Proactive control of KPIs
- Provide reports for business decision making
- Support critical projects when required
- Performs end-to-end cost management
- KPIs follow-up
- Execute Project Readiness Assessments (Lite) for critical projects
- Supports Services Operations Head on:

- LAT Operational and business control
- Global process interface and processes implementation
- Project deep dives
- LAT reports for business decision making
- Subcontracting costs control at LAT level
- SM improvement program
- Supports overall deployment and maintenance of progress tracking processes and tools

**Qualifications and personal requirements**:

- _Bacharelor degree:_ in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related.
- _+5 years_ of Operational Management, Program Management, budget Management or Financial Management.
- _Idioms:_ English and Portuguese are required, Spanish is desirable.
- _Project Finance & Analysis_: Understanding the operations of a project-oriented Professional Services organization.
- _Budgets_: Understanding of project accounting and financial controls.
- _Database Report Writers_: Desirable an understanding of the use of relational databases, construction of multiple table queries using selection and sorting criteria using report writer tools.
- _Project Life Cycle_: Familiar with the Project Life Cycle and an awareness of the project management processes. Preferred experience would be in Project Finance or Operations background; however, project marketing, engineering or product development would also be suitable.
- _Office Automation_: Competent in the use of integrated office automation and project management software.
- _Proficient on reporting and presentation tools_: Power BI, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- _Quality Control and Risk Management_: _An awareness of quality practices, document and software configuration control.
- _Office and Administration Procedures_: Detailed administration knowledge and demonstrated ability in running an office.
