**Sobre o cargo?**

O cargo do **Inside Account Associate** é fundamental para a captação e desenvolvimento de novos canais de distribuição focados em soluções de Cloud. Será responsável pelo atendimento a um grupo específico de clientes, conduzindo negociações e fechando pedidos, além de apresentar a estrutura e estratégia comercial da empresa, incluindo programas de canais e ferramentas comerciais. É essencial gerenciar o pipeline de oportunidades através de ERP e CRM, negociar condições comerciais, prazos de pagamento e descontos, e promover treinamentos técnicos e comerciais para capacitar os parceiros, garantindo um atendimento consultivo de qualidade.

**O que você fara**:

- Captação de novos canais focados em Cloud;
- Desenvolvimento de canais;
- Responsável pelo atendimento de um grupo de clientes, negociação e fechamento de pedidos;
- Apresentar aos parceiros a estrutura e estratégia comercial da empresa, programa de canais, plataforma e ferramentas comerciais;
- Gerenciar pipeline de oportunidades, através de nosso ERP e CRM;
- Negociação de Condições Comerciais, Prazo de Pagamento e Descontos;
- Foco em treinamentos técnicos/comerciais com o objetivo de capacitação e atendimento consultivo aos parceiros.

O que estamos procurando:

- Formação Superior Completa ou Cursando em Administração de Empresa, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecer e estar atualizado com os programas de canais dos fabricantes, provedores de nuvem pública;
- Inglês intermediário.

**Condições de trabalho**
- Modelo de trabalho profissional híbrido
- Horário de trabalho - de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h
- Horas extras ocasionais, conforme a necessidade do negócio
