If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Our people make all the difference in our success.**Responsibilities**: - Lead moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business and chief auditor, and discussing practical solutions - Manage small team of auditors during the audit projects ensuring high quality workpapers and comprehensive coverage. - Perform quarterly business monitoring activities interacting with Markets senior management and country markets heads. - Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs - Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks - Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**: - 8-12 years of relevant experience - Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills Effective project management skills - Effective influencing and relationship management skills - Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment - Desirable experience with bank auditing - English and Portuguese fluency is mandatory. Spanish is also preferred. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - MBA / Master degree This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
