Team Overview:
The Strategy and Planning Manager will work together with Senior Leadership to define the innovation strategy at 99, leading innovative and structured projects on the department all over Brazil. In this position, you will be responsible for developing new strategic initiatives for the DriverLab team of 99, managing different stakeholders and providing recommendations according to each project maturity.

Role Responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in the innovation department.
- Define and track OKRs and KPIs for strategic initiatives.
- Improve initiatives performance through data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct quarterly and monthly planning and performance tracking routines.
- Support the development of budget and financial forecasts.

Role Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in related areas or in professional service industries.
- Experience in Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Tech Companies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical, written, and communication skills Independent, self-starter, ability to multitask.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
- Advanced English (oral and written) is mandatory: the position requires frequent interaction with international stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach and analytical mindset to track key performance indicators.
- Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to work with and influence indirectly multiple stakeholders.
