- A **Boston Scientific** está em busca de um(a) **Field Clinical Specialist** para atuar na unidade de negócios **de Endoscopia**. Nesta posição, você será responsável pelo atendimento técnico-científico a contas diretas e distribuidores (channel partners), promovendo o uso eficaz e seguro de nossas tecnologias avançadas no tratamento de doenças vasculares periféricas.
**Principais Responsabilidades**
- Fornecer suporte técnico e clínico em tempo real durante procedimentos médicos envolvendo dispositivos da unidade de negócios;
- Realizar treinamentos e capacitações para médicos, enfermeiros e demais profissionais de saúde sobre os produtos da Boston Scientific voltados para Endoscopia;
- Prestar atendimento técnico-científico direto a contas diretas e distribuidores (channel partners), auxiliando na adoção e utilização segura dos produtos.
- Participar de workshops, congressos e eventos médicos, representando a unidade de negócios nas regiões de atuação.
- Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para atender às necessidades dos clientes e fortalecer os relacionamentos com parceiros comerciais.
- Monitorar a performance dos produtos no campo e fornecer feedback técnico para melhoria contínua.
- Atuar com foco na região do Interior de SP com disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
**Requisitos**
- Graduação em áreas relacionadas à saúde ou ciências, como Enfermagem, Fisioterapia, Biomedicina, Engenharia Biomédica ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência prévia em suporte clínico ou atendimento técnico, preferencialmente em dispositivos médicos ou setores relacionados.
- Experiência com atendimento técnico-científico a contas diretas e distribuidores (channel partners).
- Conhecimento em anatomia, fisiologia e procedimentos médicos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e ensino, com perfil colaborativo e foco no cliente.
- Disponibilidade para viagens constantes nas regiões de atuação (interior de SP, Centro-Oeste e Região Norte).
- Residir em Campinas ou intermediações
- CNH válida.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
