**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a STAFF PRODUCT MANAER to our BILLING team in BRAZIL

The Billing team is responsible for the platform that serves the entire Gympass business, processing millions of transactions for users and companies around the globe. We work closely with cross-functional teams to build a billing platform to charge the Subscribers and Clients correctly according to the commercial conditions and business requirements aligned with the main stakeholders of the company.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- All Users and Clients will be impacted by the solutions provided by the Billing team according to Gympass growth. The main solution will cover an orchestrator, calculations, and quotes for the Enterprise and membership fee models in the Gympass ecosystem.
- Your deliverables influence B2B and B2C billing calculators around the globe by both creating new billing mechanisms and improving existing ones.
- Together with the technical leadership, you will implement and deliver solutions working with a cross-functional team
- You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work closely with an amazing team, and help them speed up their learning curve. You will also have opportunities to develop skills by getting involved in the Subscriber and Client journeys and building products and services for the whole company.
- Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Gympass to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance
- Build and clearly communicate your product vision in addition to the product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
- Drive product planning, build and manage high-quality product roadmaps
- Work closely with data, product design, and engineering teams to deliver well-rounded, scalable, and stunning products
- Create OKRs, goals, and metrics also track their progress
- Explore new ways of improving existing services, products, and process
- Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Product management experience with great tech products
- Desirable experience building a product from scratch in close collaboration with engineering and design team members
- Great experience in Billing, Payments, and Invoicing business models, including end-to-end billing flow experience.
- Experience working alongside data teams.
- Analytical and quantitative skills are a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate, and improve product
- Be able to prioritize and make pragmatic decisions
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into a simple, friendly, and intuitive product
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen
- Capacity to develop original ideas and propose innovative product solutions
- Experience in agile development environments
- Engineering/ software development background is a plus
