**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead development teams in building and managing **APIs and integrations** using **Azure API Management, Service Bus**, and **Logic Apps**:

- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments with **Azure DevOps**:

- Implement **integration patterns** such as **pub/sub, point-to-point**, and **request/response**:

- Oversee **data transformations** (JSON, XML) and manage B2B messaging protocols
- Ensure compliance with **security** and **governance** best practices across integration projects
- Work with architects to align technical solutions with business goals and cloud strategies
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot integration issues using **Azure Monitor and Log Analytics**:

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **3+ years** of experience in designing and implementing on-premise implementing on-premise, hybrid and cloud integration solutions using middleware & cloud platforms
- Strong proficiency with **API Management, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus**:

- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and **Git**-based workflows using **Azure DevOps**:

- Knowledge of **cloud-native and microservices architectures**:

- Familiarity with **identity management**, **API security**, and encryption protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Experience with **Power Automate** and Azure Functions for automation
- Familiarity with **Application Insights** for performance monitoring
- Azure Certification

**General Responsibilities**

**Flexibility**: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
