Lead consumer marketing campaigns for the core verticals in Brazil from start to finish, including roadmap planning, briefing, building the creative insight and creative direction, developing the communication and plan, project management and reporting.
- Driving the overall planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations in Brazil, including the strategic positioning and project management.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams by driving our brand in the entertainment environment with internal and external collaboration, in and out of app.
- Managing the agency relationships, media campaign operation and campaign creative development and execution.
- Maintain, build and grow relationships with key media and entertainment partners while developing opportunities aligned with the global and regional strategy.
- Identify and create innovative opportunities for our brand to strive within Entertainment.
- Develop and monitor KPI and performance tracking for Category Marketing and cross-functional campaigns with clear performance measurement and ROI analysis of campaigns and activations.
- Own and be accountable of the budget operation, control and efficiencies of campaigns and projects
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years' working experience, past experiences should include leading internet or entertainment company.
- Experience with partnership deal (not advertisement sales) negotiation and execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong contacts in at least one of the 2 industries: media and entertainment.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.
- Strong with numbers, analytics and measurement.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
