The Public Policy Associate will have to deal with demands from different stakeholders of the Policy Team, manage different agendas and work for building indicators relate to the relationship and issues management. Strong skills of cooperation and organization as well as the ability to deal under pressure with different stakeholders are required.

**Public Policy Associate Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policy strategies
- Manage demands from different stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to advance Meta's policy goals
- Optimize information and build indicators to track the effectiveness of policy engagements

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of work-related experience in public policy, government affairs, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize information and build indicators to track policy engagements effectiveness
- Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background on public policy troubleshooting demands related
- Experience on data organization
- Experience on cooperation with different teams, under high pressure environment and urgent demands
