The Orchard is a renowned music distribution company that operates in 45 different markets worldwide. We specialize in distributing music from independent artists and work with labels of all sizes to make their music and video accessible across hundreds of digital and physical retailers worldwide, with our state-of-the-art operations and an exceptional global team. We seek a Analyst, Label Management, to join our dynamic music team. As **Analyst, Label Management**, you will be part of a team that manages and supports a large roster of distributed clients. Your responsibilities will include managing releases through the supply chain, liaising with various internal departments to ensure our labels' needs are met, and driving the adoption of The Orchard's industry-leading tools. You should understand the digital music landscape with a focus on metadata and digital best practices, a keen eye for detail, and a love for all types of music.

**What you'll do**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and thorough responses to inquiries.
- Approve releases and make sure they will be correctly delivered to all DSPs
- Assist clients with all distribution needs, including retail best practices, metadata updates, payment inquiries, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement, working together to plan the client releases and make sure we have all the information to pitch them.
- Work across internal Orchard teams to ensure smooth and timely distribution of clients' releases and resolution of clients' questions.
- Help clients with analytics, accounting, and metadata reports, presenting at least once yearly results
- Drive adoption of the Orchard Workstation and its suite of expanding features
- Onboard new clients to The Orchard's system and utilize internal resources, such as Workstation, OA, Orchard Go, and Orchard Insights.
