As a Legal & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and compliance support and guidance, ensuring compliance with corporate law, governance and any applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with corporate compliance needs of the company (ongoing corporate administration, filings, restructuring, drafting processes and manuals, KYC, KYB, compliance screenings etc);
- Assist the manager with drafting of contracts (NDAs, DPAs, Services agreements etc), contract negotiations and advise on diverse commercial contracts.
- Assist the manager with legal, regulatory or corporate tasks required;
- Collaborate with CSPs, national authorities, regulators and licensing authorities for licenses and permits, ensuring transparency.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
- Assist manager to manage intellectual property rights.
- Identify legal risks, provide proactive advice.
- Develop and implement policies for legal or regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal and compliance guidance and support.
- Follow the regulatory landscape to ensure knowledge and compliance with regulations and licensing regimes, where applicable; Assist with licensing requirements, where required

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent;
- 2-3 yrs PQE preferable (work experience while studying also considered);
- Strong understanding of corporate law, governance and procedures
- Good contract drafting skills and analytical mind to assess contracts;
- Knowledge of iGaming regulatory landscape, compliance and licensing a plus;
- Knowledge of regulatory law, contract law, data protection regulations, and other relevant legal areas within the iGaming industry;
- Work experience in compliance required;
- Work experience in compliance for gaming activities a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
