Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, customer support, account management, marketing, marketing program management, or consulting.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating and working with Performance Google Products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, SA360).
- Ability to carry a quota, sell, and support business growth.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

As an Account Manager, you will develop and manage relationships directly with customers, grow existing business, develop new business, and support customers and your team with account and market knowledge.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
- Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results by understanding of Big Data and business intelligence market trends.
- Drive strategic accounts and business planning to define strategies and tactics in order to meet quarterly goals.
