**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**
Main Purpose
Genuinely act to improve the health, well-being and happiness of our population, bringing scientific data and methodologies that support management and sustain actions, programs and proposals, influencing leadership and impacting the attraction and retention of talent in Latin America.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining strategies for creating and sustaining a culture of health and Wellbeing in all Latin American countries, influencing senior leadership in the dissemination of actions and behaviors that support and strengthen this culture;
- Responsible for creating a strategy for training, involvement and incorporation of Health and Wellbeing themes by the leadership, connecting Leadership Development programs and existing change movements (such as Hybrid work model policy, ESG, etc.) with tools for physical and mental health management for leadership (eg, health and wellbeing dashboards);
- Responsible for the creation and implementation strategy of a continuous communication plan for Health and Wellbeing topics, aligned with all stakeholders and partner areas and with the support of the Change Management team, in order to facilitate access to information and consolidate the culture of health and wellbeing in all Latin American countries;
- Connect programs, solutions and benefits related to Health and Wellbeing that already exist in the company in Brazil and other Latin American countries, as well as internal and external partners (eg: consultancies and providers) and related areas (eg: SSHE, ITE - DEI, TA - Employer Brand, Corporate Real Estate, etc.) according to the needs of our population, seeking alignment and simplification whenever possible, as well as the adaptation of initiatives for each country considering different realities and specific demands, in addition to the potentializing of impact and operational and cost efficiency;
- Act actively to increase the efficiency of our Health-related benefits (especially Medical Assistance), seeking and proposing actions for better use of the benefit, analysis of the network and providers, primary care, redirecting investment, when necessary, among other actions, ensuring good management and consequently greater cost predictability;
- Continuously evaluate the use and effectiveness of programs and benefits related to health and wellbeing, as well as methods and health diagnoses, analyzing cost-benefits and proposing adjustments, redesigns and new alternatives, when necessary, in order to guarantee that we have the right tools to support our population in their needs and in different phases of their physical and emotional state (promotion, prevention, diagnosis, follow-up, support and rehabilitation);
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions available on the market, as well as their effectiveness, adherence to our reality, cost-effectiveness and potential for improving processes and leveraging results;
- Responsible for creating, managing and monitoring KPIs and ROI for actions and programs related to Health and Wellbeing, addressing critical points and seeking maximum efficiency in management, resulting in the improvement of the physical and mental health of our population;
- Strong relationship with Health and Wellbeing service providers to negotiate, obtain and adapt data necessary for program management, as well as ensure the accuracy and availability of information to support decision-making.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Graduation.
- Fluent English and fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
- Strong experience, working with Health Benefits, Wellbeing and Data Analytics. Experience in Compensation, Employee Experience, Change Management, DEI and Organizational Culture is strongly desirable.
- Digital literacy, mindset and knowledge of new technologies.
- Successfully dealing with ambiguity & complexity at global/regional scale to deliver results in projects with cross-functional & multicultural teams.
- Demonstrating strong collaborative skills and behavior: connecting, co-creating, inspiring, leading, engaging others.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to build co-create strategic views and plans.
- Analytical skills to build data driven conclusions.
