Bso - Change & Transformation Specialist

**The Specialist will be resposible for**: Coordination & working with all Operations Managers within BSO Identify & List all manual actvities/controls within the BSO perimeter Sit & discuss with each Ops Manager about the manual activity and analyse the possibility for implementing System controls by tool enhancements or macros etc. Transversally work with all activities within BSO and assist the teams in improving efficiencies in terms of FTE, better operational quality, operational risk reduction etc. Acting as an bridge between Operations and Application development teams in communicating for raising the Change Requests, Defects, negotiating timelines for implementations etc. Support on Transversal Needs within BSO (upon necessity) **Requirements**: Higher Education Experience in Custody Operations Custody Market knowledge of Brazil market Knowledge of Applications used in Operations like AceTP, YMF (etc) would be an added advantage Fluency in English speaking Working and co-ordinating with Overseas Stakeholders + any overseas working experience would be an added advantage "BNP Paribas is committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities without distinction of race, color, gender, age, creed, sex, religion, nationality, disability (physical or mental), marital status, citizenship, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other status legally." **PRIMARY LOCATION** **BR-SP-São Paulo** **JOB TYPE** **Convencional** **JOB** **OPERATION PROCESSING** **SCHEDULE** **Tempo Inteiro** **REFERENCE** **SEC001188** **APPLY** *** - (REF: SEC001188)
