We are seeking an experienced and visionary **CRM/monetization manager** to lead our gamification and CRM analytics efforts to enhance player retention, engagement, and revenue. This role is integral to shaping innovative strategies that elevate how players interact with our platform and drive measurable business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of gamification features like **rewards, challenges, and progression systems** to captivate players and foster long-term loyalty.
- Drive **monetization initiatives** that balance player satisfaction with increased revenue and retention.
- Establish a robust framework for **A/B testing** to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies on player engagement.
- Develop and monitor KPIs that track the success of gamification and monetization projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the CRM analytics team, delivering actionable insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create **targeted, data-driven campaigns** that build deeper customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
- Ensure all campaigns are measured for their effectiveness and optimized for maximum impact.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- **5+ years in data analytics**, with at least **3 years in gamification analysis** within the online casino industry.
- ** Strong experience in CRM and gamification analytics**, with a proven track record of driving **customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth** through **data-driven strategies** and innovative gamification initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in **SQL** and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of **online casino business models**, player behaviour, and key industry metrics.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM platforms and marketing automation tools**.
