**What we seek**:

- Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives.
- Sales and Business Development: grow revenue from existing and new channels/verticals by devising sales plans to proactively acquire and onboard business customers. Establish a healthy pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound efforts and by developing and cultivating business relationships, achieving an increase in demand for our services and reaching revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge and insights Generation: ability to understand and spot trends in key industry verticals (e-commerce, retail, logistics) and external environment to hunt for opportunities. Gather and relay feedback, insights and ideas to functional teams for continuous product improvement.
- Sales Strategy Development: developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
- Data Analysis: develop sales performance metrics, sales productivity reporting and analytics dashboard.
- Strong network and industry understanding on which to rely for expanding the business. Knowledge of key sectors such as logistics, e-commerce and retail or API sales is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, identify key business opportunities and sales pipeline for business strategy planning.
- Find and implement innovative solutions to solve customer requirements by working with and motivating team members & peers.
- Set up sales charts to monitor performance against KPIs.
- Data driven and ability to translate data into user friendly and insightful dashboard analysis to guide and influence decision making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to sell and persuade customers on the merit, benefits and value of Lalamove’s proposition as a crowdsourced logistics partner.
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong at negotiation to get the best deal out of every partnership.
