Senior Engineering Product
- Partner with business and marketing team members to execute on strategic initiatives to deliver product cost optimizations, quality improvements and renovations for hand towels / bath tissue and wipers categories commercialized in LAO and other regions (NA/EMEA/APAC) adding value to the customer and show strong progress on sustainability for KC and our stakeholders.
- Plan and lead project responsibilities with limited assistance and direction
- Lead regional implementation of KCP product innovation projects for hygienic tissue, hand towels and wipers categories manufactured in KCP / Family Care Mills in LAO, working effectively with manufacturing, engineering, marketing commercialization and planning teams for project execution
- Lead the complete development process, including exploration of new materials, design creation, prototype development, trial plans and performance testing within project innovation projects and cost savings initiatives, following Corporate Innovation Management Framework (IMF) guidelines.
- Develop robust timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Communicate and document project plans and results to key stakeholders
- Support Technical Service initiatives to facilitate/enable sell our products.
- Establish and maintain networking with KCP R&D Community.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to maintain an up to date knowledge of new developments (materials, additives, processes).
- Understand and communicate the impact and relevant detail of regional legislation.
- Develop and maintain product specifications and standards supporting the production and manufacturing of KCP products in KCP / Family Care Mills in LAO.
