- upport the development and implementation of the global Water Systems strategy for Latam region. Ensure financial and operational goals and growth strategies are achieved aligned with customer expectations and the NSF strategy, mission and values C
- onduct business reviews to understand progress toward KPIs and timelines, mitigates risk, and ensures achievement of business and financial metrics. Report on performance to the Water Division leadership team D
- evelop a culture of engaged, high performing, developed and accountable talent to support the organization. Ensure the team is empowered to meet and exceed goals through performance management, leadership development, and business acumen. Attract and retain the best talent through effective recruiting, coaching and mentoring D
- evelop and manage the regional budget aligned with the global Water Systems leadership team. Present the budget, impact, positioning, deliverables, and resources to ensure achievement of revenue and margins as defined in the strategy and goals M
- aintain positive relationship with clients to ensure NSF is meeting their needs and identity additional opportunities. Manage stakeholder complaints and ensure they are dealt with to the satisfaction of NSF and the stakeholder alike E
- nsure support to Managing Director in preparation of annual budgets and business plans E
- nsure employees operate in a safe manner in line with legislation, work health and safety requirements including company policies and procedures C
- ollaboration with other Business Managers within Water and across all divisions
Q
ualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, science or a related field
Experience leading a regional program or operation, including ability to identify market trends and innovative services
Experience developing and implementing strategy
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with the mission and goals
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, including selecting and developing talent, building trust, coaching team members and managing performance resulting in high performing teams
High proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
Great communicating and presentation skills.
Collaborative with a global mindset, engages with internal and external stakeholders across regions, divisions and functions to achieve business results
Willing to travel throughout Latam to meet with staff and clients.
