Propósito do nosso(a) Human Development Analyst:
Atuar em todos os subsistemas de RH, com o objetivo de conectar o negócio e as pessoas em no ecossistema da MATH, gerando percepção de valor e evolução para todos os envolvidos.

**/Principais atividades**:

- Atuar como ponto de conexão entre o negócio e as pessoas.
- Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores e lideranças em demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, garantindo uma boa experiência aos stakeholders.
- Onboarding e acompanhamento do colaborador, garantindo uma experiência positiva aos participantes.
- Atuar na resolução de demandas e questões de relacionamento do time.
- Atuar na manutenção e operação de processos de gestão de pessoas (cultura de feedback, desenvolvimento de carreira, bem-estar físico e mental etc.)
- Documentar processos, influenciando e orientando colaboradores e lideranças para o cumprimento nas operações em que atuam.
- Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento de soft e hard skills, estruturar e gerir planos de capacitação.
- Atuar no desenvolvimento contínuo de lideranças, de forma individual e coletiva.
- Atuar na gestão de mudanças organizacionais.
- Desenvolver e implantar projetos para promover engajamento alinhamento cultural, gestão de diversidade e inclusão.

**/O que você precisa ter**:

- Experiência em nível pleno/sênior como generalista de RH, com sólida atuação em desenvolvimento e experiência do colaborador.
- Experiência em atração e seleção de TI.
- Conhecimento em gestão de cultura, de clima organizacional e de desempenho.
- Vivência em segmentos de TI ou Marketing Digital.
- Orientação à pessoas: habilidades interpessoais e de atendimento ao cliente interno.
- Orientação para resultados e atenção aos detalhes.
- Flexibilidade.
- Entusiasmo e desejo constante de aprender.
- Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.
- Graduação concluída em Psicologia.

- Inglês avançado.
- Experiência em empresas de TI e Data Marketing.
- Vivência utilizando metodologias ágeis para RH.
