The Sales operations specialist will be providing support in all markets within LAT. This entails extensive internal and external coordination to ensure high level of data accuracy, perform long term forecast, periodic reporting and system implementation and processes improvements
- Data quality control of the sales pipeline data
- Sales Data quality control of the LAT Sales regions
- Follow-Up with each LAT sales region to fix data quality issues
- Improve and validate data quality rules
- Sales Anchor support for data quality issues and corresponding system use
- Collaborate in system testing assignments and data quality report development

Taking care of sales performance reporting and responsible to verify data content on accuracy:

- Weekly reporting preparation and maintenance of management dashboards
- Weekly cash-in alignment between sales and finance
- Weekly opportunity and risk reporting consolidation
- Month-end closure support and alignment with finance department

System implementation and process improvements:

- Coordinate/support implementation new sales systems in LAT. This includes all systems related to Sales. SAP (Project Builder, C4C, SAC, GSR II, BI), GSR I, ISM Database, Inquiry Database and MS Office, document server etc.
- Communicate with Group CSO office to receive instructions about data quality, Sales Pipeline management, system implementation and processes.
- Communicate with other SBU's to learn about best practices for system use, reporting and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience working in cross-departmental international matrix organization.
- Understanding Vestas internal business processes and rules
- Team-worker, fast learner, and self-motivator
- MS Excel advanced skills
- System operative user knowledge and skills: SAP (Project Builder, C4C, SAC, GSR II, BI), GSR I, ISM Database, Inquiry Database and MS Office
- Fluent in English with a high level of ethics and confidentiality (mandatory)
- Spanish and Portuguese language written and spoken (preferable)
