**Definição**:
Responsável pela geração de demanda por meio de atendimento e direcionamento dos clientes presencialmente, via internet e telefone.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Prospectar leads e realizar o atendimento;
- Negociar e cadastrar novas imobiliárias parceiras;
- Abordar e se relacionar com base de imobiliárias parceiras para geração de novos contratos;
- Prospecção ativa em bases qualificadas de potenciais parceiras;
- Treinar as imobiliárias na utilização da ferramenta Avalyst;
- Relacionamento e atendimento de dúvidas com clientes;
- Follow up em propostas abertas e aprovadas ainda não concretizadas;
- Utilizar as ferramentas da plataforma Avalyst para registrar todas as atividades.
- Visitas presenciais imobiliárias;
- Fomentar através de redes sociais eventos, ações e treinamentos junto as imobiliárias parceiras;
- Cumprimento de KPI's do setor;
- Atendimento as plataformas: Blip, Go To e demais canais de atendimento;
- Estudar, ler, ouvir podcasts, participar de palestras, eventos, reuniões e outros momentos de aprendizado e desenvolvimento.

**Requisitos necessários**:

- Ensino superior completo em Gestão Comercial, Administração e áreas afins;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Facilidade de uso de tecnologias, principalmente pacote office e CRM;
- Experiência na área Comercial e Vendas;
- Disciplina, eficiência e foco em solução.

**Local de atuação: ABC Paulista.**
