**About the Team**
Join the SAP Business Data Cloud Catalog, a team contributing to and driving end-to-end features and key services in SAP Datasphere and Business Data Cloud—one of SAP's most strategic products. We cover cataloguing for Data products, Marketplace, Cockpit functionality, Catalog assets, Enrichment for BDC, Datasphere and SAC.

**What You’ll Do**
As a Development Manager, you will:

- Lead a skilled and motivated agile team of developers and QA engineers
- Coach, develop, and support your team in an open, trust-based environment
- Shape the team’s culture around agility, ownership, and innovation
- Contribute to vision, strategy, and technical architecture for SAP Datasphere
- Drive agile development practices and DevOps principles
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
- Work in a globally distributed organization

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in technical roles (team/project leadership)
- Passion for scalable and enterprise-grade software architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud-native thinking and innovation
- Hands-on experience in delivering analytical or data-driven cloud solutions. SAC or Datasphere experience (a plus)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, SAP UI5 or similar (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP environment knowledge (a plus
