The Operations Senior Manager is responsible for managing and leading the MSS Cross Product Operations team supporting them in activities which include but is not limitted to Markets Treasury support related to Cash Flow Management/Actual x Forecast, Reserve Account monitoring, Payment Orders release, Collateral Management support, Production of daily reconciliations (Nostro, Custody, Ledger and Intersystem) as well as monthly substantiation process for accounts that belong to MSS Operations.

Ensure tight controls are in place and enforced to keep non financial risk minimized;

The Operations Senior Manager is reponsible for ensure the team is executing activities in accordance with:

- Global Operations Blueprint;
- Global Operations design principles;
- Global Operations Business Services’ catalogue;

The Operations Senior Manager focus is to provide:

- cost efficient service delivery proposition for the area under its management;
- drive up customer advocacy;
- realise lower operating costs;

The Operations Senior Manager is the point of contact in the area under its management;

Requirements

Knowledge about Brazilian Payment System, Financial Products, and Local Clearings Operating Model is mandatory;
Accounting background and experience of 5 years in cross product management activities.
