RedCloud enables FMCG Brands to seize new opportunities in emerging markets, facilitates access to more buyers & streamlines operations for Distributors, and helps Local Merchants spend more time selling products, not searching for them.

The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboardings**: Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to gather necessary details and successfully integrate new clients into the ecosystem.
- **Data Management**: Assist in setting up and managing existing client configurations, including SKU updates, pricing, stock levels, and business discount rules.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster clear communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, tasks, and timelines.
- **Feature Validation**: Help test and validate new or updated features on the platform to ensure they meet set requirements.
- **Deployment Assistance**: Assist in deploying new features or enhancements, ensuring proper documentation and training are provided.
- **Investigative Support**: Support thorough investigation and root cause analysis of platform-related issues, making necessary configuration changes.
- **Reporting Assistance**: Support cross-functional teams, especially GTM and CS, with existing reporting structures and new analysis requirements.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other departments.
