**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Regional Marketing & Sales Analyst is responsible for the regional downstream marketing initiatives and activities in support of existing and new products for the International business in Latin America. This role will establish and drive product marketing plans across specified Products/ Global Business Units (GBUs) and Internationally. This role is aligned with the sales and commercial interests of the business and is responsible for implementing the product marketing strategies needed to deliver company sales and growth targets.
Furthermore, the Regional Marketing & Sales Analyst will be responsible for the organization of tradeshows and other events such as training actions, distributor meetings, symposiums and advisory boards, collaborating with internal business partners, vendors and suppliers to support key objectives of the Company’s product lines and programs. The Regional Marketing & Sales Analyst will also support the Sales Team with sales and market analysis.
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all supplier relationship aspects pertaining to events, including: Congresses, Workshops, Training actions, International Sales Meeting, and other events, as required.
- Coordinates all logistics related to each trade show, including ordering booth materials, arranging booth staff badges, shipping product & collateral, determining floorplan, etc.
- Manages the tradeshow calendar, including publishing of individual deadlines related to the development of messaging and marketing collateral.
- Manages external tradeshow vendors contracted for booth construction, delivery, set up, storage, etc.
- Manages external vendors contracted for the production of booth graphics, audio-visual materials, and other display materials.
- Provides timely communication of all trade show logistics/deadlines including, sponsorship and educational grants, event registration, hotel reservations, printing and advertising.
- Partners with regulatory and other internal departments to ensure proper adherence to regulatory and quality system processes and regulations.
- Help to support product launches including working with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional team members
- Supporting Sales Representatives in monitoring sales activity reports, sales analysis for targeting, gap reports, market trends (ASP erosion, unit volume change), etc.
- Ensure all product brochures are updated
- Assist with social media strategy
- Helps analyze attendee feedback, leads, social media, digital marketing campaigns to further enhance the value of our contact with customers.
- Coordinating workshops for physicians and supports the Sales Team in organizing the training
- Reviewing marketing material for new products in local language
- Office Management responsibilities
- Co-responsible for the facilities of the affiliate, maintains and control office equipment, printing materials, desktop, and in general any other assets
- Shipping marketing materials to the field and distributors.
- Preparation of marketing collateral, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge
- Fluency/professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; fluency in any other language such a Spanish is welcomed

- Ability to express complex technical and organizational concepts in terms understandable to the news media and the public
- Demonstrated creative and proactive ability to think “outside the box” in providing direction internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of marketing program practices and vehicles, including event planning and related activities
- Skilled in team-building with an ability to build productive relationships and lead work across all levels of a diverse organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and respect for the deadlines
- Skilled in managing multiple diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and varying deadlines and operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgment
- Possess a customer service mentality, business acumen and interest in healthcare industry
- Ability to effectively communicate both, internally and externally.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Travel up to 30% of the time
