**Key Responsabilities**:

- Responsible for regional strategic planning
- Implement tactics aimed at increasing market share, through the company's main values and their respective products
- Manage inventory
- Perform the forecast of the region according to the market forecasts and budget.
- Portfolio management according to the needs of the region
- Keep the Accounts Receivable under control, maintaining/decreasing DSO and delays.
- Lead and support the distributor sales team, both commercially and technically, ensuring that the company's global/regional policies and strategies are followed.
- Take care of Marginal Contribution, working on maximizing the value proposition and product mix.
- Manage sales team.
- Visit Customers providing commercial and technical support, strengthening the relationship.
