You will be part of this growth as **Manager Portfolio Activation Brazil South (FemsaG3) **leading the development and implementation of Brazil Portfolio Strategy** detecting business opportunities with value added analysis from local context, consumer, distribution channels and brands & category performance.

**Travel Requirements**: ~25%
**What we expect from you**:
- **
Lead and influence local calendars alignment & plans integration** with operations, bottlers and all marketing & company areas (finance, technical, Communications, Regulatory Affairs).
- **
Manage DME of assigned brand, projects and initiatives ensuring** fully funded business** and co-lead in DME** conversations/negotiations with Bottling Partners.
- **
Provide market insights** and **drive alignment** across functions, to help prioritize opportunities and advance execution of programs. Monitor the local competitive scenario.
- **
Live & Promote **the 5 core leadership behaviors and live the new culture values.
- **
Business Plan**:Deliver assigned projects & brands results in full integration with Latam Marketing Teams, Operations and Bottling System in Brazil, addressing locally relevant issues & participating in DME allocation. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding projects and ultimately results
- **
Projects Implementation and supervision**, **DME management, P&L responsibility**: execute Integrated Marketing Programs and DME management in alignment with operations team. Participate in calendar & DME definition. Execute, based in BP priorities, day-to-day action plans in the market. Post evaluate plans feeding back all necessary learnings.
- **
System management**: Participate in the dialogue and influence local operation function and Bottlers on day to day topics. Identify and address local marketing or brand related issues risen by the local Bottlers or operations and propose & coordinate action plans to provide solutions.
- **
Provide local data & insights** and drive alignment across functions to ensure local relevance on implemented plans. Identify and propose local initiatives opportunities in Brasil market and distribution channels. Monitor the local competitive scenario

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- **
Years of Experience**: 7-10 years of experience in marketing / trade-marketing / shopper marketing areas.
- Fluent English
- **
Skills**:Innovation, Leadership, Communication, Persuasion and negotiation skills.
